Sistema Whangarei - Toi Akorangi is a visionary movement based on the proven El Sistema model from Venezuela, South America, that transforms the lives of youth through ensemble music; a new model for social change. Our mission is to empower children by providing an intensive music program that teaches the importance of teamwork, promotes self-confidence and self-expression, and instils the value of social responsibility.
